Wales, Australia.
MSDesign supports and promotes the SurgiDat™
Applications. We have administration tools which
look after department systems and protocols for
reporting, maintenance, Equipment monitoring,
staff training and risk management.
We believe that customer support on the ground;
physically looking after customers on site, with
advice and training, is one of the most
important services we as a company can offer.
It is therefore our business model to have
Service Providers situated at State and Area
Health Level, with this now extending to service
providers in the UK and further countries as our
global support systems evolve.
These service providers are all stable companies
in their own right, with considerable trading
history. They all have a representative within
their company who has or is in the process of
completing an industry Certified Sterilization
course or has similar experience in this field.
It is important that these Service Providers are
trained not only by MSDesign, but in the basic
knowledge of sterilization, Theatres and our
customers' environment.
We have a Service Provider who is trained to
help you in your area.
